yea!!! the weight is comming off again!! another 3lbs. gone!! and i dropped 2 more pant sizes!!

155.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb. Still to go: 28.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.0 lb a week
