haven't followed very well at all. Got afraid I was losing muscle mass and kicked up my intake.
Started riding to work every 2nd day now - so that really kicks the calorie balance into overdrive. angry that i'm so insulin resistant, and its hard to lose fat without losing muscle.
158.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
