Yesterday I ate too many cashews. Didn't realize how many carbs are in them. Also had two glasses of wine with friends. However I did have eggplant parm but ordered without pasta and added two meatballs instead. My overall calories were up too due to cashews and wine. Over the past three days since beginning Atkins my fasting blood sugar has dropped each day from 109 to 106 to 104 today. Now if I can just get under 100 I will be happy. My daughter Amy and three year old granddaughter Marla are coming tonight for a ten day visit. Can't wait!
