WOW lol.. this is what i get for eating a big meal the night before a weigh in..lol.. i may weigh in again tomorrow but its no big deal. I had weighed myself everyday at the gym besides today and i weighed in less at one point. I knew the sodium would kill me but there was no way i wasn't eating my lettuce wraps..lol.. after i measured myself and measured smaller than at 163.8 i can't sweat it too much...i know i've been busting butt and i waited for my increased weight lifting would reflect on the scale...

well on i go.... not sure if i'll re weigh tomorrow or not... see how i feel :)
168.0 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Why not record what the lesser amount you saw earlier this week? I think that would be the true weight, everything elese is probably food and water. That's awesome that you're not sweating it! :-)

I guess b/c the wii is what i've always recorded... i'm gonna weigh myself again tomorrow.. i am gonna meet up with some of my girls to jog so i'll be up early. I knew last night would be over doing it right before my weigh in but i'm tired of going crazy before my weigh ins esp when i see what my weight was just a day ago or so.. since i know i'm smaller now than i was a month ago and more in shape i'm not too freaked out... just don't want to over do it either..lol

You are doing so great. I get excited every morning to see what you are up to. I feel old Stephanie coming back slowly very slowly but surely. I know I am not wanting and thinking about cupcakes so I think that is a start in the right direction. tee hee hee I did get Flirty Girl Fitness...I know I know it looks a little cheesy but what the hey a work out is a workout right. As far as the weight I agree with Mel its probably the salt and food you ate last night. Ugh i cant stand the scale. I do think I am going to continue to only weight in like once or twice a month and use the tape measure so I am happy and excited instead being in the pits once a week when I was stuck at 183 for 800000000 months..ok it felt that way. I digress, YOU are doing fantastic and You are going to look amazing on our cruise...shoot you are going to b hot like fiyah by Christmas the way you are going. :-)

OMG we so have to get on this cruise thing!.. someone told me they got a bang-up price for a 5 day... maybe one that long won't be necessary (always necessary).. but i think a FS reunion.. on a boat... is an amazing idea lol...
