Had to take Friday off. Legs were super sore from hiking in snow all week. Pizza and beer dinner late last night did not help. Still I worked my ass off this week and thought I would have lost weight, not gained weight.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
