I exercised everyday in August except one day, YEA me!

I'm walking twice a day for 30 minutes and I feel and look GREAT!

197.0 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.7 lb a week
