Boy, did I blow it yesterday! My son and his wife came to town and we went out to dinner. Rather than thinking about my choices, I just ordered the worst thing on the menu, and proceeded to eat the whole thing. I really want to forget about food and just eat whatever. But today is a new day.
144.6 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
