Haven't exercised in 3 weeks, pulled muscle, sicknesses, anxious to get back to the gym, has definately slowed down my losing process.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1622 kcal Fat: 107.00g | Prot: 152.15g | Carb: 16.73g.   Breakfast: sun crystals , heavy whipping cream, jimmy dean turkey sausage, butter, fried eggs, espresso coffee. Lunch: butter, parmesan, chicken breast, el pollo loco chicken thigh. Dinner: olive oil, grilled onions & mushrooms, zucchini, el pollo loco chicken breast. Snacks/Other: WATER, whipped cream cheese, mim's, strawberries, udos oil blend, protein drink, macadamia nuts. more...
