Starting to see the pounds come off. Going to try my version of the fasting diet. Should stay around 500 calories for two days a week. This should kick things into hight gear.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
