Pretty happy this weigh in, although my body doesn't feel where it should be. Hopefully I can keep up this progress and move it down a notch shortly. :)
123.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
