well boots scales were broke in town yesterday, so need to find a more reliable source for next time. no run tonight as its my father in-laws 1st memory so family time is a must. still not feeling too cleve r today but back to work and still counting the calories. going to ring the doctor soon to make an appointment. still 75kg but in sure my retro scales had crept just over this morning? either that or they are broke? or in just not that awake yet?

165.3 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
