Off the wagon. Gotta get back on before some real damage is done.
212.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do this. Plan and focus on what is really important to you. That is my advice to myself today so I will share it with you!

You are doing great. Just look one month back on your weight history. That's what I do when I pop up 5 lbs. or so. It will all work out in the long run.
