well, I am down 3 pounds since my last weigh in, and although I should be proud, I am just happy with the loss. I can't really take credit. Work has been very stressful, and life has been really tough so I have not been eating as much as I should be. I have been nauseated, and sick, so have been basically living on crackers and gingerale. My goal for this week is to work out at least twice. This has been an ongoing challenge for me. I have no excuses....I have a ful gym right in my owm house. I have to just make up my mind and get on the treadmill, orelliptical, or bike....or even lift some weights....working night shifts has taken a lot out of me.
