I don't know what to do with tonight's exercise. According to this the first week ends in 2 hours, but according to the calender, this should start next week. So I have either 4 or 5 exercise days, depending on how you do it.
143.6 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
