nasty cold for 6 days, couldn't exercise so weight loss was held up a bit:( I love running/jogging and doing it in the mornings is really important.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.1 lb a week
