Well today I begin this journey of documentation the ins and outs of how I eat. Let me say that most of the time I am a vegetarian shifting only to fish or poultry when the occasion arises. At those times, I am considered a lacto-oval veg., eating dairy products, fish and poultry.

I have maintained the weight of less than 200lbs until my most recent employment of 5 years. While I am considered fairly active, things have changed. Now I am caring for my hospice mother who is living with colon cancer. I don't have much time to be active being housebound when I am not working. So needless to say, I have gain additional pounds to boot.

Enough of the how I got here; Lets get going.

11:00a. This morning, I am having sauteed raw kale, with tofu, shredded carrots, pinch of garlic, chopped red onion and a dash of liquid amino. I am having a slice of pumpernickel bread (nothing on it)okay, I am having two slices of the pump bread; its a small loaf anyway.
Once the hot water has boiled sufficiently, I will have a hot beverage.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
