Down .8 pound. In two weeks!

Time to get back on the ball here. I am officially behind in my personal goal to lose 50 pounds in 2010. But, I'm still way ahead of where I could be. :-)

I think that setting calendar goals can be very motivating. I know that if I hadn't pushed myself to lose 50 in 2010, I wouldn't be down 32.2 in 2010 so far. I would have just half-done it again.

Right now I'm on track to losing at least 40 this year, more if I step up my game. Which I plan to do, starting yesterday. Of course, as always, I will not do anything to lose this weight that I won't be able to do to maintain it forever.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

You can do it!!!! Just dont kill yourself or you'll give up. I know I have days when I think I can't do it and then I remind myself of how far I have come and the fact that I dont want to go back to what I was before. And of course its much easier to gain weight then to lose it but its a real high to lose the weight instead of gaining! Your doing great keep up the good work!!!
