So I took the entire summer off. What a slob.

Back to the routin now that school's back in. More committed to my goal than ever. I plan to be there by Christmas. Is that possible?

Welcome back, me!
194.6 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 62.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 August 2010:
1437 kcal Fat: 36.61g | Prot: 84.76g | Carb: 198.23g.   Breakfast: peach, Sugar, Tea (Brewed), slim fast peanut butter caramel chocolate. Lunch: lettuce, hot sauce, mayo, lemon juice, celery, canned tuna, egg, Croutons. Dinner: broccoli, chicken breast, egg noodles, corn. Snacks/Other: whole wheat cheddar crackers, diet dr pepper, jolly rancher, red delicious apple. more...

Welcome back! You could realiztically lose maybe 40 lb by Christmas, but more than that would be really pushing it and probably not so healthy. Remember slow and steady is easier to keep off! Glad to have you back!

You're right, tglenna. That worked well for me in the Spring. What's a deadline going to do for me anyway, other than make me feel lousy if I miss it. Thanks for the advice!
