My name is shawna and I am married with older children and 1 grandchild. I have been following atkins for about 3 weeks I did not weight myself when I started but I think it was about 294ish. I have used atkins in the past and it has worked for me. But these past weeks I forgot to take into consideration that veggies has carbs in them so I thought I was following correctly but it turns out that I was not. This seems to be a great site so far. Really happy with the diet calendar it is awesome!
