So I decided to record 192.4 as reported by my digital scale this morning. It's not the 191 from the gym scale, but it is still tangible weight loss. I'm kicking fat's butt right now. Its proof that running 30 minutes a day can erase the effects of sitting for 8 hours.
No need for binging this weekend, its going to be busy. And, its payday Friday tomorrow so that means I can stock my fridge with good foods. Hate running low - it makes me hungry.
