Back on track. PTL
182.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1319 kcal Fat: 31.60g | Prot: 88.71g | Carb: 179.37g.   Breakfast: cocoa powder, eggs, coffee, prairie bran bread country harvest, mango. Lunch: whey protein precision, tim hortons raisin tea biscuit, black current , coffee with milk. Dinner: rice, mushrooms, flaked tuna, green pepper. Snacks/Other: apple, date bar, fibre 1 100 calories chewy bar, coffee with milk. more...
