Back on track. PTL
182.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1319 kcal Fat: 31.60g | Prot: 88.71g | Carb: 179.37g.   Breakfast: coffee, eggs, cocoa powder, prairie bran bread country harvest, mango. Lunch: tim hortons raisin tea biscuit, whey protein precision, coffee with milk, black current . Dinner: flaked tuna, rice, mushrooms, green pepper. Snacks/Other: fibre 1 100 calories chewy bar, coffee with milk, date bar, apple. more...
