Back on track. PTL
182.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1319 kcal Fat: 31.60g | Prot: 88.71g | Carb: 179.37g.   Breakfast: mango, eggs, coffee, prairie bran bread country harvest, cocoa powder. Lunch: whey protein precision, coffee with milk, black current , tim hortons raisin tea biscuit. Dinner: flaked tuna, mushrooms, green pepper, rice. Snacks/Other: apple, fibre 1 100 calories chewy bar, coffee with milk, date bar. more...
