kind of disappointed. i really wanted to break 200 this week. then again, i didnt exercise like i have been either. I havent wieghed under 200 lbs since i was 19 or 20... that seems like a lifetime ago. the old me would drown my sorrows in baked goods, part of that temptation remains. I've got to refocus, it feels as though I've hit a brick wall and if i fall to pieces there wont be anyone around to help put me back together again.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
