Well I suppose I should start by saying Holidays are not my friend. K. SO maybe only holidays involving CANDY. Yeah right that is pretty much all of them. I have no excuse for my behavior other than the candy was there and it was chocolate and it was screaming my name. Back to being good. Hopefully some of this is salt and water gain. We will know just how much was candy in about 3 days. I have to stop doing this.
203.7 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
