Okay,

I used Atkins almost 10 years ago to lose 50 lbs. (I was still 30lbs overweight, but so much better.) I kept 40lbs off for close to 5 years. Then I ballooned up again. So, here I am at 220lbs (10 lbs lighter than my start weight 10 years ago.) My goal is to get down to 150. We will see how it goes.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Good luck on your journey. I have been on Atkins for 3 years and have maintained my 40 pound loss but need to continue on now for the last 10 pounds. Good luck to me too!
