Challenges going fine, getting terrible cravings though. I gave in and got McDonald's today, I was both disgusted and in heaven at the same time. Managed to say no to the soda, somehow. I feel like I want to bathe in Coca-Cola and chocolate.
264.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 104.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
