Well, I went back to following the Atkins Induction phase again and so far, it looks like it's already working. I lost a little over a half a pound and I plan on losing a LOT more too!
I am so determined to get to my goal weight by Christmas it isn't even funny! I only have 23.2 pounds to go too!
I am pretty excited about it because I know I can do this now. I found the things that help me through this diet so there shouldn't be any room for me to fail on it. I am gung ho now!!
