Okay, obviously we are down to the hard stuff. Now that Valentine's Day is over back to it. I'm a little frustrated that I worked out as hard as I did and didn't lose any weight but I am thankful that I didn't gain any on the other hand.

Lost so far: 50.6 lb.
Still to go: 8.4 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
