No animal products in four days now. It really seems to be agreeing with my husband. He is eight pounds down. Me, I'm down 4 pounds. Haven't went shopping yet. We are just using what we got. We will probably get creative on the second week. I can eat beans everyday for the rest of my life if I had to. I love beans. It's so many types and flavors. I been having a great experience on this fast! It has already brought miracles to my life. It is so amazing how God works! I'm truly blessed. Guess I should start to eat less. Maybe go back to 1400 a day. It's seems to be a challenge to me to get even that much on a vegan diet. I been faithfully taking my woman's active vitamin from GNC. So i wont be low on my B-12. Hope everyones well!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's great you two are doing so well on the fast. Beans forever sounds like a name of new diet lol. Thanks for the updates.

Wow, i guess i should take a stab at what i recommended. I always wanted to go vegan for a month. Maybe starting September I will give it try. I will probably try for 10 days then see how i feel after that. You are lucky because your hubby is supporting you. I don't think my hubby would do it with glad to see that it is working.
