Ok now I feel much better that I lost some of the water weight and I wont step on the scale but once every 3 days or something because this could drive me crazy !!!
145.1 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1146 kcal Fat: 83.22g | Prot: 77.46g | Carb: 24.34g.   Breakfast:  fried egg, extra virgin olive oil, canola oil, onion, romaine lettuce. Lunch: spinach,  4 oz chicken breast, zucchini, extra virgin olive oil,  onions, romaine lettuce, collards. Dinner: cucumber, 4 oz chicken breast, extra virgin olive oil, spinach, brie cheese, grape tomato, onion, romaine lettuce. more...

Just remember Lynn, you are the one in control and you are the one that will benefit from your hard work then YOU will be the one proud as punch because you did what you set out to do and didn't let yourself down. You are the most important person in this and you can do it.
