Doing well on diet with few minor dairy slips: oops, butter in biscuit type of thing. My Valentine's Celebration was 2 chocolate covered strawberries - a fairly healthy and very satisfying deviation - which did not seem to impact my blood sugar too badly. Back to all time weight low and under the 160 mark again. Let's see if I can maintain while eating out on our long weekend adventure.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
