I do think I kind of cheated on this weigh in, because it was right after I got back from my run this morning, and I hadn't had breakfast at this point yet, but hey, that's what the scale showed a few times so I'll take it!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
