Yesterday i did not follow very well. Did not have snack in the afternoon and had 2 slices of very good very true italian pizza... could not resist... :(
my friend 's restaurant burned to the ground.. very sad and upsetting :'(
169.5 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
