Been on a 6 week vacation, lot of sugar food, bumped up weight like crazy.
Had complete rest on my workout schedule, need to start the workout schedule again.
gained 11 pounds from my lowest level.
137.5 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 8.8 lb a week
