Yesterday felt really tired. Reintroduced wheat to get tested for gluten allergies. Took nap yesterday. Today have stuffy head, congestion. Ate wheat tortilla again. Maybe allergies.
136.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
