Decided to go back to gluten free eating, then I won't be gobbling Tums every time I eat bread products! I've never been "formally" diagnosed but just this one dietary change seems to be beneficial to my digestive system, so if it works, why not?
184.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1284 kcal Fat: 53.25g | Prot: 58.42g | Carb: 154.80g.   Breakfast: Strawberries, Potato Cakes (2), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. Lunch: Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Corn Tortilla, Ranch Salad Dressing, Baby Carrots, Coleslaw. Dinner: tomato, cucumber, pork sirloin, Gluten Free Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix. Snacks/Other: Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Pork Rinds, Bean Cake. more...
