Gaining right now due to TOM coming ugh
263.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am so there Myree! This week has been particularly frustrating weight wise, and I have blamed every food I have eaten this week when all along it really was TOM....
