The tide turned for me once I was put on Metformin for insulin resistance. I've followed a diabetic diet for years but never lost weight until the medication was added. Now it's a slow, sure & steady lost, 80 lbs so far. Everything in moderation.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
