Thanks, Lizzy. I'm going to have pretty low control of my diet this week too. I'm making the best out of the choices I have but don't expect to lose again this week. Then again, I should be walking a lot more than usual so maybe it will be OK.
I'm not about to let it derail me even if it is another gain though. It's just a temporary setback and compared to what I've lost is just a blip.
