Uugghh!! I didn't lose anything this week! The thing is, I had lost 3 pounds before I went camping this weekend. We went camping with 2 other families and all cooked together, so I was at the mercy of whatever was served, to some extent. Regardless of that excuse though, I could have made better choices. I had my cereal with me for breakfast, which I never ate. Those campin' egg burritos, sausage & eggs, etc. just looked too good.

I guess I should be happy that I did not gain, but I'd sure like to see those 3 pounds gone again.

And, I'm glad I'm back here instead of wallowing in my failure!!

Back to work....
