Stomach Flu 2-7-13, vomitting intesnely at about 8 times total that day. Didnt keep down any food or water.

2-8-13- had about 350 calories in the whole day, post stomach flu day 1 recovering.

before I got sick I was hitting about 1800-2300 calories per day not good need to be at least 3000-3150.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
