I'm SO close to my first goal of 195 lbs! This process is not easy at all, but I'm so glad that I'm managing to stick with it. I feel so good right now!
195.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
