after reading wheat belly, and acting accordingly, the weight is just falling away!
100kgs by end feb is looking very achievable!
Thank you Jesus for giving me the strength to do this!
236.8 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
