Well, this isn't the greatest start to the carb challenge I just started today! I GAINED 0.4 pounds!!! I am not to happy and am feeling very discouraged today. I almost feel like quitting the challenge too. It is way too much work and I simply don't have the time to be micormanaging my life to what recipes I am eating or anything else.

Maybe I am just a little off this morning. I feel like crying because I just can't seem to get past this stupid weight plateau of 162-163 pounds. I want to be in the 150's so badly, and it seems like a way far off dream.

Anyway, here are my stats for this week:

Waist= 36 inches
Hips=44 inches

*We'll see where it all goes from here.
163.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Awh, you'll lose that tiny bit of weight by tomorrow probably!! =) I noticed our kids are about the same ages, lol... My daughter is 10 and my two sons will be turning 5 and 13 in a few months!! That's cool, lol.... Of course, it doesn't take a whole lot to entertain me!! =D

I know how you feel. I am the queen of stalls! Hang in there girl. Give it one month of good honest try at 100% and then decide where to go from there! You can do it!

Oh hon - everyone has bad days. And this challenge might be just what you need. I know if feel like you are "micromanaging" your life - but think of it more like getting in focus. You are refocusing your committment. All of it takes a little extra time. But it will be worth it. And you have done so good. So don't beat yourself up. You are doing so well!

All I can add is KEEP GOING ! I had a plateau ALL summer long and thought I'd naver get off but I finally managed to lose a pound last week which I'M SO THANKFUL FOR . It will kick in again
