WOW i am so pleased with myself...and the diet obviously - i lost 6lbs in my first week!! Didn't think it would be that good cos have been messing around on and off diets so didn't think i'd have the fluid loss.I have been really good all week despite the fact i have not one but two boxes of my fave chocs sitting by the bed which i had bought for me on Mother's Day so feeling very proud of myself just now. Had my first Atkins workout last night but seemed to struggle with a lack of energy levels (am ok on a day to day basis tho) - does anyone else find this a problem? If so would love to know how you deal with it and is it only a problem in the induction phase? Anyway happy healthy eating to all fellow fatsecret members - be good, stay strong, happy and above all every success to you all. Catch up soon ;0)

I have heard others mention about the tiredness. I take vitamins daily, which I guess help prevent me from the 'tired feeling'. I've also been taking organic immune system boosters like Vitamin E.

are you able to exercise in the morning instead of evening, you might have more energy at the start of the day
