steady weight

Have still been flowing IF about 90% of days. Hunger still an issure by end on the week. Using stimulants caffeine/ritalin to get me through morning. Becomming more flexable with dieting and trying less of defecit as compared to previous attempts. started reading lyle mcdonald articles and I believe I have finally begin to understand dieting and weightloss. Although weight has stayed the same, slight change in body composition has occured. lifts have increased slightly. taking a break from squats due to hip pain on right side. estimated bf of 16-17%. (decided to try a bit more of a defecit with increased protein about 500 calories/day 200+ g of protein feb 12)
