This had to be some anomaly because I have not eaten enough to add 2.5 lbs. we did splurge and had nachos for the Super Bowl plus a few beers, but no way it was anywhere near that. I think it will settle down in a day or two once all passes out of my system. Be patient. Don't panic. Stick to the plan. Weigh again tomorrow.
