Only one pound this week. But it is a pound in the right direction and that is great!
305.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 148.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1899 kcal Fat: 65.65g | Prot: 94.90g | Carb: 242.62g.   Breakfast: Mexican Blend Cheese, frozen mixed berries, 7 Grain Hot Cereal, yogurt, honey, frozen spinach, milk. Lunch: Baked Potato Soup, Baked Ruffles Potato Chips, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Celery, Baby Carrots. Dinner: chocolate ice cream, Mixed Blend Cheese, Sour Cream, Rotel Tomatoes, Flour Tortilla, Chicken Breast For Fajitas. Snacks/Other: String Cheese with 2% Milk, Jolly Rancher. more...
