started adding fresh vegetable juice 2x per day in addition to starting a vegetarian diet a week ago. Lost 1 pound the first week. :) Pleased with the changes and the progress.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
