Haven't been as intense in my exercise this week as I had hoped because of my coughing. BUT I made it all the way through last night without coughing so I think I can start kicking it back up. I also know that I slacked in my eating this week. I am so close to my goal it is time to get refocused and hit it!
168.6 lb Lost so far: 50.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
