Good workout with weights today. At the beginning of my workout every machine I wanted to use was already being used, or just as I would head to an open machine someone else would get it first. Usually I start with upper body and then do lower body, so today I changed the workout to do lower body first, and then upper body. That made the upper body workout REALLY tough, and probably allowed me to work harder on the lower body. Everyone says to change the routine regularly, but I haven't paid much attention. I guess it's true!

191.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

yeap changin the routine is a great way to shock the body...an it needs that from time to time...looks like your chart is lookin great again...and your gettin really close to that next goal...way to go!!!!

Tough mixing up a routine, isn't it? I guess I really should START a routine...that would be a big 'change-up' now wouldn't it! LOL Job to ya!!
